Welcome to Outreach Christian Center (OCC)

Outreach Christian Center is a place where "Everybody is Somebody" and serving God is the number one priority. The goal here at OCC is to reach the unsaved through the Gospel message of our Lord Jesus Christ, and then to meet the needs of the whole man: spiritually, mentally, socially and physically. We believe in and teach without compromise the Word of God as revealed in the Holy Bible. We trust that something you read will inspire and encourage you to leap into the next dimension of spiritual growth in your life. HOW DOES THE HOLY SPIRIT WORK?

Romans 4:13-17

1. The Holy Spirit works within the parameter of who HE is. Anything else, it becomes a false matter.

2. The Holy Spirit works on the strength of your faith in what you believe HE is.

Matthew 13:11; Romans 8:5-13.

3. Fighting devils with flesh (will-power) guarantees failure, i.e. being fruitless. Romans 8:6-8

4. You receive the Holy Spirit by FAITH then HE will guide – teach – abide – manifest.

John 8:31-32.

5. What we are facing in the spirit of darkness is totally beyond our capacity to conquer.

Ephesians 6:10-12.

6. Our problem? Instead of coming into the realm of the Spirit, we try to bring the Spirit into us by realms of the flesh.

7. Before Paul understood the Holy Spirit, he tried to live for God by his own strength. John 13:7

8. The only faith that God will or can recognize is faith in Christ (it is not automatic).
